Poor products impossible returns process the customer service basically make things up. Will not ever use again. Screw fix or trade station as cheap and take anything back.

Product sent out quickly, very efficient.
I ordered 10 stainless steel mending plates 60mm x 38mm, punched out of stainless steel plate, with 4 fixing holes and a protective film. Ideal for what I wanted them for. However, the 4th side is somewhat rough and the corners on that side are not perfectly curved so I’ve needed to use a file to finish them off. If you are going to use them where they’re going to be seen and they have to look the part then take it that you are going to have to do some filing to get them to the standard that is required !!

Brilliant service and product. I did not use the tube for its intended purpose but as a drop rod for a conservatory fan/light. Description was very helpful and accurate

I couldn't buy the fitting I wanted locally so ordered online. Big downside for me that there is no telephone number for this company, which they confirmed to me by email when I asked the question. This is not acceptable to me as a customer.

Arrived after two days in a heavy duty tube in perfect condition by Parcelforce. Really pleased as exactly what I wanted and out of stock locally. Will use this firm again xx

The things I ordered were a lot cheaper than the three main diy stores. I got free delivery and it arrived fast. I hope the range of things sold improves as this is my new go to site for DIY stuff.

Very prompt and the correct product. Would give 5 but the product had instructions that were unreadable as if photocopied so many times the pictures were indecipherable which I am sure has nothing to do with DIY Direct

Very promptly delivered, but it wasn’t clear who was delivering the package. I got an email saying I could track the parcel but it wasn’t clear how to do this. When I’d worked this out TNT/FedEx had no knowledge of the package. Our postman delivered it!
Product is fine and does the job but it does have projections at the back which would make it difficult to attach to a hard surface.

Good service, good product, let down slightly by the compartment box. By the time the product arrives through the post the smaller washers have migrated all over the place into other compartments, needs a thin pad inside the box.

Contents great as expected, packaging completely covered in adhesive tape badly applied, In order to recycle the cardboard I had to remove approx 4 metres of adhesive tape! Very environmentally unfriendly!

I have now ordered twice from DIY Direct and on both occasions my order was delivered swiftly. I will have no qualms about using them again in the future. I'm sure it won't be long until my next order.

Brilliantly simple to order and received parts the very next day, just before i was leaving to goto the job that I needed them for.

DIY Direct had 30mm masonry tool blades that fit a multitool which, as a sparky, is almost dream come true money when you have to extract Falks switchplate wooden back boxes from brick and hacked plaster walls.

Did the job nicely, customer very happy and now part of my growing blade set.

Purchased the Lasher heavy duty wheel barrow. Put it together but the axle pin did not fit through the wheel. To be fair, they sent a new wheel and axle the very next day and all is now good.
Best and strongest wheel barrow i have had.
Can recommend.

Lowest price I could find. Delivery was quick. One of the tubs was damaged and had leaked into the bag, as I was using it immediately it didn’t matter but would have being a problem if I’d wanted keep it for use later.
